No, this is a +Damage pill...I went from doing 30-70 damage to doing 70-140! No change in equipment! Every hit was a home run swing! And that's even WITHOUT Crits! Wow, my Crits are 240-300! It ends the fight in one Crit! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Toolverine (talk)
looking at toolverine's single data point and his current level (39, though probably less when he posted that) it's probably 1:1, so optimally useful at around level what, 15?
