Sounds like the perfect thing for a hero to investigate. Hyde Park is in the northwest side of the city, so you'll need a good vehicle to make it out there.

The (Jekyll and) Hyde Park Zone was introduced with one location, Hyde Park streets.

• On January 26th the message was:

Chaos and destruction are rampant in Hyde Park. Ebeneezer Samuels says it's due to an unexpected accident stemming from to his "quark frusion" energy research. You'll need to work with him to help clean up the mess.

Vibration spider‎ started appearing in Hyde Park streets.
