News reports say something really weird is going on in a neighborhood you haven't really patrolled before, called Hyde Park. Chaos, destruction, and weird energy signatures. Sounds like the perfect thing for a hero to investigate. Hyde Park is in the northwest side of the city, so you'll need a good vehicle to make it out there.


  • On January 26th the message was changed to:


Chaos and destruction are rampant in Hyde Park. Ebeneezer Samuels says it's due to an unexpected accident stemming from to his "quark frusion" energy research. You'll need to work with him to help clean up the mess.
