As it's name implies, this thing is both automated and a medkit. Surprised? No? Well, consider that it's not a floor wax or a dessert topping. Still not surprised? Well, I just can't win.

When Used
You activate the medkit. In an electronic voice it murmurs, "This won't hurt a bit" before riddling you with painful shots. Most of them numb you, and the last shot provides an amnesiac effect. Ahh, you do feel better. That really didn't hurt at all! You gain 30-35 HP.
