Walkthrough
1. Visiting the hint giver in Somerset after reaching level 11 you get:

Your Journal will say:
Your retired hero friend from Somerset has asked you to take out the boss of the baddies at the Rejected Rogue Ranch. You've found the Ranch. The boss has to be around there somewhere.
2. Adventuring in Rejected Rogue Ranch until you defeat triumphant and terrible titan updates your Journal to:
Visit your retired hero friend in Somerset to let them know you took out the Towering Titan.
3. Visiting the hint giver you get:
For elementals
Lee smiles broadly as you tell her about your battle with the Triumphant and Terrible Titan of Towering Testosterone, "Wow, hey, that's great! Here, let me give you a little something in thanks. Oh, feel free to keep bringing those tchotchkes if you find any more. I enjoy the practice."
You got an item: elemental quadrant (quantity: 1)
The following message appears in the Completed Quests section of your journal:
On behalf of your retired hero friend from Somerset you've beaten the belligerent boss of the baddies at the Rejected Rogue Ranch.
You can now trade in drops from the ranch for items with the hint givers.
