PP restorer:
You pour the fuel into your fuel tank. (I.e., you drink the beverage.) Your octane rating goes up by ?-40-? PP.

Yes forgot to mention that - one of hoyi's alts with 1300+ max PP only had 101 PP restored(and it was a moonday) - as that would be too much variation(getting 100 instead of 130) the cap *might*be 100. Kurg 02:56, 23 January 2011 (PST)
