Raw data

Muhandes

I had 13x15=195 adventures. I spent them all with around 140% item drop (~60% from equipment, 30% kangaroo, ~50% buffs).

I got 16 special adventures which is around 8%. Each dropped both items, which makes me guess they have a drop rate of >40%.

I also got 3 cloaks, 6 silver plated and 4 fool's gold stars. However, as I spent the time in the castle with an unrecorded non-combat modifier, I can't say how many adventures were combat adventures. Eatimating around 150, I'd guess the drop rate for each item is quite low, maybe 2%. The sample size is way to small to say it with any certainty.--Muhandes 17:25, 6 April 2009 (UTC)

I never saw a foe drop more than one from the set {Coward's Cloak, fool's-gold star, silver-plated star}, so I'm assuming that it's something like the Snow day drops, where there's a chance one will drop, and if one drops, then it determines which drops.

Chance of any drop: (10.3% ± 1.5%)
Chance of drop being Coward's Cloak: (33.3% ± 7.3%)
Chance of drop being fool's-gold star: (30.4% ± 7.1%)
Chance of drop being silver-plated star: (36.3% ± 7.4%)

The drops from the special foes (Brad energy drink and Zillion-chip piece) are independent of the others; they can drop with or without the other three, and both can drop at the same time. Assuming that the foes work like the drops (first, check if one is encountered, then determine which it is), and assuming they have the same drop rates:

Chance of special combat: (6% ± 1.2%)
Chance of encounter being impractical jokester: (26.5% ± 8.9%)
Chance of encounter being practical joker: (34.7% ± 9.6%)
Chance of encounter being rogue computer virus: (38.8% ± 9.8%)
Chance of Brad energy drink: (44.9% ± 10%)
Chance of zillion-chip piece: (50% ± 10.1%)

Oh, and I adventured at the Goody Two Shoes rally, where non-coms don't exist to mess up my data. (Some special foes did show up in the League Battlefield; I have excluded them from the above.) --hoyifung04 (talk) 19:50, 1 April 2013 (PDT)
