Plural: frused pairs of pants
This is a pair of pants that have been frused together, which really makes it more of a skirt. Either that, or it's a skirt imbued with frutistic (totally a word) energy. Whichever it is, it's really kind of weird and it kind of makes your head hurt if you think about it too long.
Setting all that aside, this... thing... positively crackles with latent energy that flows into you. It makes your hair frizzy, but it also feels great.
