New Year's Eve

It's New Year's Eve! Everyone will be out partying until midnight, even the villains, so it's an important time to be out on the streets!

• Before midnight game time, each foe had a chance to drop one of the following, in addition to their normal drops:
  • new year's popper
  • new year's water
• After midnight game time, the message changed to:

It's New Year's Eve! The parties have ended since it's after midnight, but Twilight never really sleeps.
