An acute awareness of your internal conditions allows you to better balance your metabolism to match exterior factors. You are less susceptible to harmful heat, cold, sonic, and psychic energies.
Buff Cost: 10 PP
Effects
Grants 15% resistance to heat, cold, sonic, and psychic damage. Lasts 30 minutes per cast.
When Used
You generate an intense awareness of self and the way in which you relate to the world.
