This was first seen on Cristiona shortly after the Catalyze update. Any ideas? The colour of the background suggests something to do with Nocturne's Shop. --hoyifung04 (talk) 08:31, 17 February 2013 (PST)

It is now available in Nocturne's Shop for 17 mettle. As with everything there it is tied to retconning. I found it after finishing a maso psion futility belt run, but am told it only just went live so something else in my retcon history likely spawned it. Compare 'Khal Thralkhar' account's retcon history with Cristiona's history for a clue. RKBrumbelow (talk) 12:33, 26 May 2013 (PDT)

The requirements are a little unclear; "no pulls and a futility belt". Does that mean an heirloom run with the futility belt as the heirloom, equipped the entire run, or does it mean a silver run, and creating the futility belt during the run?Peatswift (talk) 07:23, 9 November 2016 (PST)
