Definitely not after 5 runs. I think it is after X mettle worth of Heirloom runs. --Zillow--

- I got it after my 2nd heirloom run. (21 mettle and 19 mettle respectively) Pretty much everything else in Nocturns comes in pairs, so I am assuming that there is an heirloom tomato or some such that adds pp instead. --RKBrumbelow (talk) 20:46, 28 July 2013 (PDT)
