Got this today, won the previous day's hero dash and today finished with an even better time, 02:10:00.
An hat trick is when a football player scores 3 goals in a game, but since there are always 3 challanges that must be the reference here. This is also my 3rd time finishing an hero dash. If anyone elses gets this badge today let us know your conditions and the time you took.

Also got it after finishing my third run; haven't kept track of time but tend to finish in 3-4 hours. Even an alt which finished in 7+ hours on the first day got the badge. --hoyifung04 (talk) 15:01, 20 July 2017 (PDT)
