The powerful aura of vim surrounds you and improves your ability to both hit and dodge in combat.

When Used

You begin to project an aura of vim. (Added for 30 minutes.)

Notes

• To-hit and dodge are increased by 10 + S, where S is the number of skill points invested.
• Prior to the introduction of skill points, to-hit and dodge were increased by 15.
