Not necessarily 40 chips, and depends on where you patrol. I patrolled in the Zion's Tears Headquarters, and he did nothing. In the neighborly and neighboring neighborhood, he gave 25, 27, 26, and 26 chips on 4 different patrols there. I was a level 9 elemental. Rykar 04:24, 6 November 2008 (MST)
