I figured since it says that in the beginning of the description, we didn't need to put it. - Satan
I'm getting -40% of current robot hp (rounded up), not -50%. Am I using the EMP device incorrectly? This is in City of Lost Robots. Got nothing at all in the Renegade Robot Hive. --Tycho Everett 11:27, 10 July 2008 (MST)
