Yes. It's the level at which the sidekick's ability caps. Just like the other sidekicks that scale to your level, just like the Old friend... Cristiona

Well, as you can only get the sidekick at level 9, what's the point of a level 10 cap? I guess this is trancension oriented.--Muhandes 04:58, 17 April 2009 (UTC)

That, and one caps at 20, and there's likely to be more options some point in the future. This is a pretty wide-open design space after all. Cristiona
