Rabid airborne rodent
rabid airborne rodent |
---|
You are fighting rabid airborne rodent.
Out of the darkened sky a streak of foaming, chittering, bucktoothed ball of furred fury slams into you. In the frenzy of the first seconds, you only have brief impressions that flash through your mind: Rabid. Airborne. Rodent. What else is there to say, really?
Your opponent attacks ...
Hit messages:
- The rodent whistles, and a drooling flying moose zips through the air and smacks into you. Its antlers rip your flesh before it slips free and plummets to the ground. Maybe the moose wasn't so much flying as a projectile.
- The little critter bites you and gives you a case of rabies. It's not quite fatale (thank Natasha!) but it's close.
- The rodent claws you furiously with all of its feet. As if that's not badenov, it bites you a couple of times, too.
It hits you for X damage.
Critical hit message:
Your opponent has a critical hit! It hits you for X damage.
Miss messages:
- The rodent dive-bombs you at a terrific speed, but you dodge at the last second. It's halfway to Pottsylvania before it can turn around and come back to continue the fight.
- Before the critter can attack, and Canadian mountie comes riding by and takes a couple of pot shots at the rabid varmint it with a shotgun, distracting it. You tip your hat to the mountie: he surely did right by you.
- The rodent whistles loudly. There's a small burst of flame below you and then a moose strapped to a rocket comes whizzing by. You hear the moose utter "Oh nooooo!" in a dorky voice as it misses you by a matter of feet and shoots off into the distance.
Fumble messages:
Your foe fumbles! It takes X damage.
