I assumed it involved beating velour elephants. I believe I was right. I check after 10 of them, no badge. I check after 25 of them and I got the badge. I have defeat 71 total. --Blackmatter615 07:27, 7 December 2010 (PST)

I also received it after exactly 20 evil velour elephants (after checking after each elephant for numbers 10 through 20), so I think it's safe to assume that that's the requirement. --Heliophage 09:01, 7 December 2010 (PST)
