You weld your Paradox Naught to the inside of the box, carefully avoiding the cat, and close the lid. It simultaneously is and is not dividing by zero, but the Naught is already the sum of all things divided by zero making not dividing by zero a paradox and... the universe reboots and you end up with this sweet belt! You got an item: 1 Futility Belt (paradox naught is now weldable, + schrodinger's box = futility belt)

You search through your futility belt, throwing bombs and grappling hooks and gadgets in every direction. Either one of your gadgets vaporized your opponent or it got bored and wandered off.

You really should work on organizing this belt sometime.

Wow. It'll be a bit before you can do that again. You gain an effect: Nova Recovery (Added for 120 minutes.) (free runaway)

You find a roll of bandages in your futility belt. Handy!

You heal 26 HP. (under sidekick, above enemy; level 41)

Your belt's grappling hook shoots out, wrapping around your opponent and dragging you closer than you're comfortable slow-dancing. (melee weapon)

Your belt's grappling hook shoots out into the distance, dragging you away from your opponent. (ranged weapon)

You reach into your futility belt and pull out a crime detector. As you'd expect in Twilight, it just roars constantly and flashes red lights. Your opponent is almost as annoyed by the noise as you are distracted.

Your futility belt starts ringing, but by the time you figure out how to pick up, they're gone.

You find a grenade in your futility belt. It'd probably be more helpful if it came with a pin.

It explodes as you try to find a place to toss it, dealing you 67-134 fire damage. (level 41)

Your belt's grappling hook shoots out into the distance, dragging you away from your opponent. That'll make it pretty hard to use your <weapon name>. (melee weapon)

You rush up, closing the distance with your opponent. (attack message after previous)

Your belt's grappling hook shoots out, wrapping around your opponent and dragging you closer than you're comfortable slow-dancing. That'll make it pretty hard to use your <weapon name>.

You rush back, opening up some distance between you and your opponent. (attack message after previous)

You find a smokebomb in your futility belt. It fills the area with smoke, but you and your opponent just bump back into each other in the dark for a while.

You find a smokebomb in your futility belt. It fills the area with smoke.

You're not sure if your opponent meant to run away or just got lost, but in either case, they're gone when the smoke clears. (time is taken, no xp)

You find an entire neon sign in your futility belt. It reads "Eat at {<sidekick name>,<player name>,Joe}'s".

Your futility belt dispenses a cool glass of water. Ahh, that hits the spot! You regain 19-21 PP. (level 41)

You reach into your futility belt and find a pat of melted butter. What? What sort of lunatic would keep butter in their belt?

You gained effect: Finger-licking Fingers (Added for 15 minutes.) (http://www.twilightheroes.com/popup.php?skill=664)

You find a can of {Animal,Criminal} Repellent in your futility belt. Where is this stuff when you need it?

Note: I was not at full PP at any time nor was I at full HP at any time so the PP and HP restore messages never popped up. RKBrumbelow (talk) 10:47, 22 June 2013 (PDT)
