Bubble Sprayer
You have a cybernetic gadget at the ready to cover you in protective, but extremely cold, bubbles. They won't last long on their own, but any enemy that pops them (or tries to melt them) will regret it.
Cost: 20 PP

- Defeating Troutmaster 2.0
When Used
Frosty bubbles flood from your hands, surrounding you with a bubbly barrier. Party!
- Afterwards, the next time the foe hits you with a fire attack:
The fire pops your bubbly barrier, releasing a counteracting wave of cold.
He takes X damage from the bubble's icy wind.
