Visiting the Twilight Police Department after completing the Protests Aren't for Amateurs quest will initiate this quest with the following message in your journal:

I'm not sure that you must complete the Protests Aren't for Amateurs quest.. I got Go Fish before I finished it.. Corsaire 01:13, 18 December 2007 (MST)

  • I believe you simply need to have received the 'Protests Aren't for Amateurs' quest. Last I knew, Rand only gives quests one at a time. Multiple visits would be required if you're eligible for several. Cristiona 03:30, 18 December 2007 (MST)
Not fully positive about that.. I think I recieved two quest from Rand at the same time (but only one page displayed) when I got two levels (for the badge).. I should create a multi to verify that.. Corsaire 03:35, 18 December 2007 (MST)


It's all level based - I have many alts that have received all the quests at the same time. mal
