Used it against the Orwhal and it gave me 60 HP. Since tnt does 33% damage deals a maximum of 200 damage, it means combat items that use % refer to a max value of 600, at least for the Orwhal. Therefore it is safe to say the healing effect id 10% of the foe's remaining HP. Patojonas 06:47, 4 August 2013 (PDT)
