So that text on the article that says it only drops after unlocking the base shouldn't be there then? Or do you mean you just have to open the quest not do any adventures in the base?The Gannet

The comments above are more than two years old (April 2009). The data at the page is from one and a half year later (October 2010), based on observations by several players. Maybe it was implemented later, or maybe it always was the case. Or maybe it is plain wrong - you are welcome to test it and correct it if it is wrong. --Muhandes 00:44, 20 June 2011 (PDT)
