You can project about yourself an aura of keen observation, meaning that you're both more likely to find spare money lying around, and you also tend to learn more from your experiences.

When Used
You concentrate on concentration and observe yourself observing. Then you stop, because it's giving you a headache, and just pay extra attention to what you're doing. You begin to project an aura of astute observation.

Increases XP gains by 5% (round up)
Increases chip drops by 25%
