Transportation exists in three levels. To change your current transportation you must visit your Hideout, and go to the Garage.

The trivial level zero is your own two feet. At this level, you can only reach places in Somerset Square. Until you acquire better transportation, you will be unable to go beyond here. However, until you level up, other places in Twilight aren't safe, anyway.

At a Range of 1, you can leave Somerset Square, and go to other places nearby, even to Downtown Twilight.

At a Range of 2, you can reach any location in the city, plus at least one area outside the city limits. This is the maximum level of transportation currently.
