The newest rage in bicyclist clothing technology is clothes that change speeds with your bike! After all, if the same clothes that you wear around the house aren't good enough to wear when you're exercising, then by extension the shorts you wear when taking a leisurely cruise shouldn't match the shorts you'd wear when pedaling up a mountain.
There's a dial on the waistband for setting the speed of the shorts. Currently they're in first gear. This is the slowest speed, but you get to relax and enjoy life. You might not quite be able to smell the roses, but you can certainly pick them out as you glide slowly past.
