Whenever you crack this whip, it spins up a little cyclone to rock your foes like a hurricane. It really stirs it up, keeping your opponents spinning right round.
And by the time you're done getting all these songs stuck in their heads, they'll be super mad. So it's a good thing the cyclones will keep them disoriented.
