Acquired on my main (Penguinpyro) at level 12 after I had I finished a little over 500 retcons. I vaguely recall the message was something about liberation from evil machine overlords. The image name and timing of level 12 strongly implies that it was unlocked by fighting killer printers in the NCI Live building. That said, I never went out of my way to fight killer printer, so I fought perhaps an average of 1 per retcon. I believe that the sheer number of retcons before I stumbled upon this means it requires an absurd number of defeated killer printers. --Penguinpyro (talk) 14:28, 1 April 2024 (PDT)

Defeated something like 1000 killer printers on my alt's current run, in addition to killer printers defeated in 62 previous retcons. I have no idea what triggers this merit badge at this point. --Penguinpyro (talk) 23:54, 4 July 2024 (PDT)
