This seems to significantly reduce foe's HP for purposes of things that do x% of foe's HP, like TNT, kablammo bomb or implosion. But you still have to dish the full damage to kill it. --XKiv (talk) 14:07, 18 November 2013 (PST)

DR wouldn't affect spells. And I wouldn't expect it to vary from tens to tens of thousands, depending on the foe. And it definitely wouldn't vary depending on how much % the attack should have done (well, I only tried kablammo and implosion, but kablammo does 33% and the implosion was overamped to do more than 100% under normal circumstances - big difference in s7g). --XKiv (talk) 02:12, 19 November 2013 (PST)
