I would think the Robe should still have the 1PP cost. It may restore that 1PP immediately, but if you actually have 0PP, you won't be able to use the power. Cristiona
- It see it is a requirement, not cost. I believe it was just the easiest way to implement it as a cast. Anyway, I see no point in arguing over such a minute issue. Do as you wish. --Muhandes 06:51, 12 August 2009 (UTC)
