Since I didn't finish off the underwater base, I've culled a few Livia-based hints:
Livia's three henchmen each have a specialty that makes them extra tough.
Remember your classic Bond films: showdowns in underwater bases tend to end poorly for the underwater base.
If you face a difficult path, sometimes a diversion can lead to a shortcut.
