Tornado
You can create a violent whirlwind that stuns your opponent and leaves them feeling dizzy and weakened, plus somewhat damaged.
Reduces opponent to-hit and dodge chances
Deals damage
Cost: 10 PP
When Used
You summon a violent miniature tornado, which spins your opponent around violently, making your foe dizzy and dealing X damage.
Notes
- When used, it deals damage. The damage probably scales, but you can expect 8-13 damage at level 18.
