I don't know why you get time below 3 hours, but when I did it with my alts, I always get more than 3 hours. --PKProStudio 21:50, 20 October 2009 (UTC)

I don't feel like this was proven either way. Anecdotal evidence suggests no effect. But without much more data I don't see how we can be certain.
