Talons of the Raptor

Your hands will sharpen into dangerous talons, increasing your combat damage.

Increased melee damage

You think predatory thoughts until you grow talons as long and sharp as a raptor's. (Added for X minutes.)

Melee damage is increased by 3 + S + round(level/3), capped at 10 + S, where S is the number of skill points invested.
X is 30 + 3*S.
Prior to the introduction of skill points, increased melee damage by 2 + ceil(level/2), capped at 15. X was 45.
