This isn't much of an issue right now, but we're eventually going to need to differentiate between using '/' to denote "x per y" and using it to denote "x divided by y". Right now, we have the race car driver which is "1 second per level" and the letter shirt which is "level divided by two". It's pretty easy to figure out now, but as items and effects grow, it could be a potential source of confusion, especially for unfamiliar players. I say we add the the Prepunctuality (and black hole)turn-saving effects here, with a note about how they're slightly different(and not affected by the 4-minutes cap, as they work post-turn).
