Plural: doses of powdered gingko
"Ginko biloba" is such a fun thing to say. Try it! I dare you not to giggle every time you say it! Aside from being a silly name, it's supposed to have some kind of medicinal benefit, but I forget what it was.

You take the gingko. It makes you tough, like Rocky. Wait, that's Balboa and not bilboa? And it's not bilboa it's biloba? Suddenly I feel like I don't know anything anymore. You get an effect, Rocky Tough. (Added for 60 minutes.)
