A pack of over-muscled hooligans go dashing by, one of them with what looks like an unconscious gadgeteer tucked into the crook of a beefy arm. They seem marginally more organized than the rest of the ambulatory wrecking balls out here, so you decide to follow and see what they're up to.

They head west across a series of rooftops, gradually working their way down from the skyscraper heights to the merely very tall buildings at the edge of the city's heart. Curious, you continue to tag along, tracking the brutes as they make an extended leap onto a bridge-like interstate overpass, run along its top, and then climb back up into the heights of a commercial district known informally as WoDo. Rumor has it the name stands for "western outskirts of downtown," although a conflicting rumor suggests the name came from some heathen Scandinavians who named their pocket of the city after Wodin.

You proceed with caution, because the rooftops here are if anything even more infested with brutes than downtown, but you manage to tail your pack without being noticed. Their expedition ends when they all file into a very unlikely little shack, perched high atop the tallest building in the neighborhood. There are a lot of brutes around, coming in from all directions, all gathering at the shack.

Trying to resist comparisons to clowns in a phone booth, you wonder what might be going on. It looks like some sort of meeting, and the quantity of brutes is daunting. You may need to approach with some caution.
