When Used in Combat
If the foe drops chips:
You reach out with your extendable hand, pinching your opponent's wallet. They knock the hand away, destroying it, but not until you've managed to snag X chips.
If the foe does not drop chips:
You reach out with your extendable hand, but your opponent has no wallet to pinch.
