arm streamers
Plural: pairs of arm streamers
These are plastic streamers that you tie around your bicep. I guess they're supposed to highlight the muscles, but they really just make you look like an insane wrestler from the 80s. Shove some marbles in your mouth and you'll be able to sound like one, too.
