iceberg lettuce
Plural: heads of iceberg lettuce
It's easy to confuse this head of lettuce sculpted out of ice with the plant known as iceberg lettuce. Where one tastes like slightly chilled water with only trace impurities the other... huh, yeah, I don't know either.
