Plural: koffees of the future
Apparently some time in the distant future, coffee will grow extinct and be replaced by genetically engineered trees that grow plastic pods filled with a powdered replacement. It's spelled "koffee" rather than "xtreme xoffee" because it's from the future, not ten years ago.
