Plural: keys to the city
Technically, keys to the city are supposed to be granted to you by the mayor or something. But this is a massive golden key, so the only things it could possibly open are cities and chocolate factories.
A quick lick confirms this key has never been near a chocolate factory. Ergo, it's the key to a city.
However, even your superhuman guessing skills can't tell you what city the key is for. It could be Twilight, but it could also be Missoula.
