Arson Thrower
You've come into possession of a cybernetic gadget specifically designed for burning down houses, which isn't nice. You can probably use it to burn down villains instead, which also isn't nice, but is at least applicable to your job.

When Used
Arson definitely isn't okay, but burning down the <foe> for X damage might just be.
- Against Dr. Somnus (Asylumbreak)
- The flames startle off several animals sleeping nearby.
