Tornado
You can create a violent whirlwind that stuns your opponent and leaves them feeling dizzy and weakened, plus somewhat damaged.
Reduces opponent to-hit and dodge chances
Deals damage
Cost: 10 PP
When Used
You summon a violent miniature tornado, which spins your opponent around violently, making your foe dizzy and dealing X damage.
Notes
- X is 4-8 + 3*S, where S is the number of 
 skill points invested. - Opponent to-hit and dodge are reduced by 10 + S.
 - Prior to the introduction of skill points, X was 5-10. Opponent to-hit and dodge were reduced by 14.
