Proper Grounding
Allows you to draw strength (and intellect and reflexes) from the ground beneath your feet, like some sort of modern-day Antaeus, except less murderous.
Increases strength, intellect, and reflexes
Cost: 1 PP
When Used
You intensify your link with the earth beneath your feet, drawing power for all of your abilities. (Added for X minutes.)
Notes
- Strength is 2+floor(S/3), Reflexes is 2+round(S/3) and Intellect is 2+ceiling(S/3), where S is the number of
skill points invested. - X is 15+S
