shocker pen
Plural: shocker pens
This is one of those horrible gag items that you'd buy out of the back of a comic book, usually between the pepper gum and the x-ray glasses. Just twist the top and hand it to some poor schmuck and watch them shock themselves. Literally seconds of fun!
