This tiny cylinder somehow holds a gigantic brain, which claims to know all the secrets of time and relative dimensions in space. But if it's so smart, how did it get stuck in a tiny cylinder?

When Used
Well, there's no point just carrying a brain around without talking to it. You set aside the next couple hours to talk to it and gain 4 Intellect. You gain an effect: Whispers in the Dark. (Added for 120 minutes.)
