giant mousetrap
Plural: giant mousetraps
You're not sure if this is a better mousetrap, per se, but it's definitely a bigger mousetrap. It could crush rodents of many unusual sizes, all the way up to human-sized.
Hopefully there aren't too many of these set up or you'll have to find yourself a new ninjitsu teacher.
