Any villain worth his or her salt has a vat of acid or a tank of sharks. Hero Dash, in the interest of recreating the heroing experience faithfully, has provided you with this vat of acid filled with sharks.
The acid-proofed dummy at the bottom is apparently your target for rescue.
- If you've selected Find baking soda but not Electrify some sharks:
You added M pounds of baking soda to the pool.
- If you've selected Electrify some sharks but not Find baking soda:
Amid the swimming forms, you see N rebooting robot sharks.
- If you've selected both Find baking soda and Electrify some sharks:
There are N rebooting robot sharks and M pounds of baking soda floating in the pool.
Options:
- Find baking soda
- Electrify some sharks
- Dive in
- Let sleeping sharks lie

If you chose Find baking soda:
Leg and Sickle
If elementary school science class taught you anything, it's that igneous rock is formed by totally sweet volcanoes. But only slightly less well known is this: if you want to neutralize some acid, pour some baking soda in it.
- If your item drop modifier is at least +???:
You search around the event, eventually finding a superior cache of baking soda.
That's Leg and Sickle Brand baking soda. Always the superior pile.
- And with a cape of sponsorship equipped
You've unlocked a new sponsor: Leg and Sickle
- Adds 3 pounds of baking soda
- If your item drop modifier is at least +10%:
You search around the event, eventually finding a better-than-average cache of baking soda.
- Adds 2 pounds of baking soda
- Otherwise:
You search around the event, eventually finding a container of baking soda.
- Adds 1 pound of baking soda
If you chose Electrify some sharks:
Like Sharks in an Acid Pit
It's best if you don't get too close to the edge, as some sharks can jump. Thankfully, none of this batch seem to be equipped with ranged weapons or hurricane-force winds.
You hurl a bolt of lightning into the pool of acid, bringing a pair of robotic sharks bobbing to the surface.
- Causes 2 rebooting robot sharks
If you chose Dive in:
C'mon In! The Acid's Fine!
You jump into the pool, looking for the dummy between all the acid and sharks. All in a day's work, am I right?
- If you have Sinus of the Shark active:
You sniff out the dummy, but the sharks catch up to you for X damage and the acid burns for Y damage.
- If you know Sinus of the Shark but don't have it active:
You can't quite smell the dummy, searching as the sharks catch up to you for X damage and the acid burns for Y damage.
- Otherwise:
You search for the dummy as the sharks bite you for X damage and the acid burns for Y damage.
- If you are defeated:
But that's all you have in you.
- If this is the first completed trial of the Dash:
The booth right after the event offers you a drink.
You got an item: Water Drinkadile
- or
You got an item: Garlic Drinkadile
- or
You got an item: Lavender Drinkadile
- If this is the second completed trial of the Dash:
The booth right after the event offers you some refreshment.
You got an item: Hero Dash nuts
- or
You got an item: Hero Dash licorice
- or
You got an item: Hero Dash expresso
- If this is the third completed trial of the Dash:
You've finished today's Hero Dash in <amount of time taken>. Congratulations!
If you chose Let sleeping sharks lie:
Fight Now, Dash Later
